flavoured black tea
the original earl grey tea was named
after charles grey, the second earl grey
in the 18th century. this tea is based on
a chinese black tea flavoured with
bergamot oil (a sicilian relative of the
lemon). this earl grey is accented with
blue cornflowers. classic.
